Yesterday was a lot better. I am going to be gone all day again today (heading out to the farm!) so it will be interesting to see how today goes!
Active Challenge- Do at least 15 minutes of walking up stairs or hill climbing. I dont have stairs in my home but I did take the kids for a walk to the park which does have hills that I walked to get to and from. Not to mention we got rained on during our walk back so we walked a little faster. It takes about 15 minutes to get there and it took us about 20 minutes to get back cause my daughter had to pick flowers lol.
Exercise Challenge- Spend about 10 minutes working out your abs- I did not get this one done. I feel asleep after my niece and nephew left, made dinner then it was early bed because we have to leave, well now!
Flexibility Challenge- Do Yoga- again I don’t meditate or do Yoga so I just did some standard stretches.
Nutritional Challenge- Eat 1 thing of fruit with every meal- This was easy for me. My meals were breakfast- pancakes, Lunch-Sloppy Joes, and a banana- Dinner, enchiladas, corn and a banana. We had to get our bananas eatten 🙂 I had popcorn for a snack since I was trying to stick to the healthy food for yesterday.
Mind/Body- Two minutes meditation- instead I said an extra prayer for our family.
