KitchenTable Bakers~Review

This week I was able to try a product from Kitchen Table Bakers. The company started out in 2003, when Barry Novick started out around his kitchen table and made an Parmesan Gourmet Wafer Crisps. They started with just one small batch after another. Slowly, they let their friends in on what they were doing. The demand grew more and they were going store to store leaving products behind for sample, and their phone number. The rest is history!

Their goal is to create a gourmet product that tasted great and would also meet the most diverse nutritional diets. Now they are producing a product that is wheat free, gluten free, free from trans fat and sugars, but also rich in calcium and protein.

I was able to try the Aged Parmesan Gourmet Wafer. These were really thin and crunchy and packed full of flavor. To be honest, almost to much flavor for me. However, they are still really good. I think these would taste great in a bowl of chili or in some other soup. Their site recommends these on a ceaser salad so I may try that one of these days.

Over all I would recommend giving these a try. You can find Kitchen Table Bakers at stores like Whole foods and Wild Oats, or you can purchase online through their site or Be suer to also look them up on facebook and twitter.

    That looks so good! I’m always on the lookout for Gluten Free snacks for my daughter’s friend, Amanda, who has celiac disease. Thanks for letting me know about Kitchen Table Bakers. I’ll have to look for them.
