Grilled Honey Dijon Chicken #Recipe

I am sure right about now you are a bit confused as to why the title says this is a recipe for Grilled Honey Dijon Chicken recipe yet I have a picture of a chicken salad above. This is one of those, I just threw something together not expecting it to turn out as well as it did so I didn’t measure and I didn’t take pictures, except of this equally delicious salad I made the next day! So I am going to try my best to tell you what I did!

What you need for the chicken

Place chicken in a bowl and pour the mustard and honey on top and toss to coat evenly.  In a separate smaller bowl (like one of those dipping bowls).  Turn grill on and let heat to a medium heat (around 400 degrees). Place chicken on the grill. While it cooks for a few minutes in a smaller bowl mix part for part a small amount of mustard and honey. Use this to brush onto chicken each time you flip the chicken. Cook for about 20 minutes or until white in the middle and juices run clear!
And your done! We originally had ours with some sweet corn and some cucumbers. Then since we had extra chicken the next day I cut some up into bite size pieces, warmed up for a few seconds, and then placed on a salad with tomatoes, cheese and ranch dressing- YUM! I actually had that for lunch for a few days lol. I think I may make up a batch to freeze just so I can have chicken salads!
~Enjoy!~
