Sweetly baking Poppy Seed Bread with Good Cook

This time of year my house is always smelling of baked goods. I love cooking for the holiday season. One of the things I do is make sure I give our delivery people a nice little treat. Last year I made them my pumpkin bread.  This year I thought I would use my Sweet Creation Mini Loaf Pan and make them some Poppy Seed bread.

I have never made mini loafs before so I thought this would be fun and a bit better for putting in a mail box! Now this recipe is another one that my Grandma had made for years. So I was really excited when she passed it down to me to continue making each Christmas. Again this is just your regular recipe. To make it gluten free I recommend using the Betty Crocker Rice Flour Blend or the Gluten Free Pantry (Glutino) All Purpose Flour Blend.

This bread is nice and moist. My kids love it and I am going to have a hard time keeping the two loaves for our delivery people! I have a feeling I will be using this pan a lot! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
