Announcing our 2017 Holiday Gift Guide!
If you are a company looking to promote for this holiday season I can help you in 3 different ways:
Sponsored Post: This will be a basic blog write up about your company and what we have to offer. There will be no follow links directing people to your site and social media. Cost $30
Product Review: Send me a product you would like to feature and I will review it. The review will link back to your site and social (no follow links) and will have original photos of the product. The product sent must be an unused FULL SIZE product (no samples) to qualify for the review.
Product Review and Giveaway: Same as the product review (product for review must be sent to me). Except at the end of the post will be a giveaway form. Giveaway entries would include following you on social media, browsing your site, and sharing the post. You will be responsible for shipping the prize to the winner. I will not send the review product to the winner (who wants a used item as a prize anyway?), and I will not accept the second product to mail out. I will provide you with a winner name and mailing address only for the shipment of the prize to the winner.
Any post accepted to our gift guide will be promoted on social media during the Holiday Gift Guide period during the month of November. All Giveaways will end before December 1st so that winner can receive prize before Christmas. The post will also be linked to on our Holiday Gift Guide tab which stays up for the year.
If you would like to be considered for this promotional period please fill out the form below:
Ever wanted to take your kids around the world? Maybe go on an adventure full of exploring and mystery?
Little Passports (sponsor) allows you to do just that with out leaving your home! I love subscription boxes and this one is no different! It is fun and educational for your kid! Little Passports has 2 options. You can follow Sam & Sofia around the world, or just around the US. Each month your child will receive a package from Sam & Sofia that tells of new places and the adventures it comes with.
Our package came with a map of the world, a passport and a welcome letter from Sam & Sofia. The box was a really cute and surprisingly sturdy suit case! I am pretty sure my kids were more excited about the suit case then anything else! They still play with it and now the pretend to “travel”. They walk around with the suit case and map and plan where they are going. I love seeing them so interested in learning about new places and cultures.
Also in the suit case came a little puzzle so they could try to guess where they are going next. This may be one subscription box I am glad I received!
You can sign up for Little Passports on their website! Their world box is recommended for ages 5-10 years old and Little Passports USA Edition for 7-12 year olds. If you are still looking for that perfect Christmas gift this would be a great one to give! Prices on each run from $10-95-$13.95 depending on which plan level you go for (one month, 12 month or 6 month).
So grab your kids and go exploring! What are you waiting for!
~I received the above package in exchange for a review. The above post does contain affiliate links in which I am compensated for each subscription. Regardless the above thoughts are my own and honest opinions!~
Whew! I have been baking all day! I love making cookies and I have been in a cookie mood lately. Maybe it is all the cookie talk going on over at Good Cook (sponsor) or just the holiday season! I thought, since I am in the cookie mood why not join in on a Online Cookie Exchange.
I love doing crafts with the kids. I must admit, I have zero crafting abilities. I can come up with something once in a blue moon but it may not look the greatest or work the way it is suppose to. But for some reason I felt like crafting the other night. We do not have a fire place so I do not have a place to hang our stockings. I wanted to try to create something that I could use. This is one of those- looks cute but isn’t working the way I want situations lol.
I have a slight snowman fetish. I have snowmen every where so when I found my large clothes pins from Oriental Trading I knew exactly what I wanted to do!
What you need is some giant clothes pins and some acrylic paint. I painted one side of the pin white, painted the top black, then painted on the face, scarf and buttons. Since I didn’t have orange I simply mixed yellow and red paint together. I used a fine brush for the face and buttons but a wide brush for the black and white paint. It was simple. Took me about 2 minutes for each snow man.
This craft was so simple and easy. My kids had a blast and are asking to make more! Now the hard part- to figure out how to make them work. I was going to place them on the window but the weight of the stocking is to heavy. They can be really cute card holders or picture holders (which is what I originally got them to make). I am thinking I am going to find a garland, maybe blue & silver) and “hang” them on that with the stocking. That way I can hang it on the wall or across the window. I will figure it out one way or another!
You can find this craft along with many other crafts, recipes and other goodies on our Celebrate Christmas Blog hop so be sure to check it out!
